Round Oil Painting of a Rabbit in a Landscape, Signed Pat McCarthy

A small original oil, painted in the round: a gray-and-white spotted rabbit at rest in a summer landscape, nibbling greens with a lake and rolling hills behind him. Soft sky, warm earth, loose confident brushwork. Signed P. McCarthy in the lower right, a naturalistic companion to her chinoiserie rabbits.

Set in a round gold frame, ready to hang or to display on a small easel. No provenance on the artist, and we like it that way, a personal little painting made to be loved by somebody.

6" diameter, framed. Original oil, in lovely vintage condition.

Each piece is vintage or antique and has lived a life before finding its way to Tallmadge Ave; natural signs of age, wear, patina, and imperfections are part of its character and are to be expected. All pieces are sold as-is, and any notable condition issues are described in the product listing. That said, if it arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll refund you in full, including shipping, since each piece is one of a kind, we can't simply send a replacement. Otherwise, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Questions any time at christine@tallmadgeave.com, we're a two-person shop, and we answer.
