Tallmadge Ave is a trade name of Colonna Contemporary LLC, Wayne, PA. By using tallmadgeave.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. General

  • By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.

2. Our pieces

  • One of a kind: Our pieces are vintage and one of a kind, and many show signs of age or use. We describe that wear on each listing.
  • Accuracy: We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Color can look slightly different from screen to screen.
  • Availability: Each piece is sold first come, first served. Because we also sell in person, a piece can sell before the listing comes down. If that happens after you order, we'll refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
  • Online orders are paid at checkout, using the payment methods shown there. In-person purchases are paid at the time of sale.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered in our Return Policy. Please read it before you buy.

6. Limitation of liability

  • Vintage pieces are older and may not meet current standards for use. Please use them with reasonable care. Other than what our Return Policy promises, we aren't responsible for misuse of a piece or for damage or injury that comes from using it.
  • We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available.

8. Intellectual property

Photographs, text, logos, and design on this site belong to Tallmadge Ave and can't be used without our permission.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, interfere with how it works, or copy or distribute its content without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
