    • This flat rate applies to most items unless otherwise specified in the product listing (e.g., oversized or fragile items).
  • International Shipping:
    • International shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Domestic: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.
    • International: Delivery times vary, ranging from 10-21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package via the carrier's website for real-time updates.

4. Packaging

  • Items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items may include additional padding for protection.

5. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available for customers near our location. If you choose this option at checkout, we will provide pickup details in your confirmation email.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us to assist with a claim.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@tallmadgevintage.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.
