Tallmadge Ave Vintage Return Policy

We want you to live with a piece and love it. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Changed your mind Return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The piece needs to come back in the same condition it left — no new wear or damage. Return shipping is on you unless the return is our error.

One-of-a-kind exceptions Because our pieces are vintage and one of a kind, a few can't be returned: items marked final sale, and any piece showing wear or damage that happened after it reached you.

If it arrives damaged Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery at info@tallmadgeave.com. Since each piece is one of a kind and can't be replaced, we'll refund you in full — including what you paid to ship it.

Refunds Once we have the piece back and have checked it over, we refund to your original payment method. Original shipping is refundable only when the return is our mistake or the piece arrived damaged.
