Vintage Limoges Trinket Box, Blue Lattice & Rose, Gilt & Brass

Every dresser has a box too small for anything important that gets used for exactly that, a ring taken off before the dishes, a note nobody was supposed to keep, a button off a coat that mattered.

This one's done that work already. Blue lattice, a rose in every diamond, gold at every seam. Maybe it held a pair of cufflinks on a chest of drawers no child was allowed to touch. Maybe it came home in someone's coat pocket from a trip they still talk about. Maybe it kept a ring safe through thirty years of gardening, taken off each morning and put back each night.

It doesn't just close over what you put in it. It tells you the thing was worth keeping.

Each piece is vintage or antique and has lived a life before finding its way to Tallmadge Ave; natural signs of age, wear, patina, and imperfections are part of its character and are to be expected. All pieces are sold as-is, and any notable condition issues are described in the product listing. That said, if it arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll refund you in full, including shipping — since each piece is one of a kind, we can't simply send a replacement.
