The ceramic spaniel is the most English object there is — it sat on a mantel for a hundred years pretending to guard the fireplace, and somehow it worked.
This one is hand-painted, softly glazed, gently aged, with the patient stance the breed always strikes. 4" x 6". Made for a hunt-scene shelf, a stack of books, or any room that could use a loyal little presence.

Each piece is vintage or antique and has lived a life before finding its way to Tallmadge Ave; natural signs of age, wear, patina, and imperfections are part of its character and are to be expected. All pieces are sold as-is, and any notable condition issues are described in the product listing. That said, if it arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll refund you in full, including shipping — since each piece is one of a kind, we can't simply send a replacement. Packed by hand. Every piece is wrapped and boxed by hand, by us, not pulled off a warehouse shelf. Shipping is free over $75; below that it's calculated at checkout. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll refund you in full. Each piece is one of a kind, so we can't send a replacement, which is exactly why your money back is guaranteed, but please keep in mind that every piece here has lived a life before this one. We sell it as-is, wear included.
