Tallmadge Ave

I love layering and anchoring spaces with vintage pieces. Vintage finds add depth and character to a space, and keep everything from looking too manufactured. I discovered Tallmadge Ave a few months ago while searching for some finishing touches to my latest design project. Tallmadge Ave offers a tightly curated selection of vintage and antique finds, across eras and styles. Each piece is gorgeously photographed and styled, so you can have a sense of how you’d use it. I ended up picking up a pastel Staffordshire Spaniel, pewter candlesticks, and small portrait of a golden Labrador. The oil portrait of the Labrador is so beautiful and meticulous, that you can see how loved he was in each brushstroke. Customer service was high touch and delivery speedy. They also have a newsletter that’s a fun read, and full of inspiration. Looking forward to my next special piece!

What a wonderful shopping experience from start to finish! Everything I purchased was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described and pictured on the website. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases! What truly made this experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. The owner was kind enough to personally deliver my items while traveling through my area. Since some of the pieces were fragile, I especially appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness. Such a lovely gesture and certainly above and beyond what one would normally expect! I’ve already found the perfect places for everything in my home and have included a few photos to show how beautifully the pieces fit into my decor. The large brass rocking horse completed the set perfectly and is such a beautiful finishing touch. I highly recommend Tallmadge Vintage Art & Furnishings and will absolutely be shopping here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

"Tallmadge è diventata la mia arma segreta per aggiungere carattere e profondità alla mia casa minimalista e moderna. Il modo in cui abbinano opere d'arte, arredi e accessori vintage a pezzi contemporanei è a dir poco magico."
