Lefton Wire Fox Terrier Figurine, Hand-Painted Porcelain, 5.5"

A wire fox terrier standing square and alert, the way they stand in the show ring: tail up, head turned, folded ears tipped forward. The coat is sculpted in tight curls under a soft matte finish, with tan on the head and ears and a dark saddle across the back.

Underneath, the original red and gold foil label still holds on: Lefton Trade Mark Exclusives Japan, with an impressed model number above it.

Lefton Wire Fox Terrier Figurine, hand-painted bisque porcelain, made in Japan. Original Lefton foil label. White, tan and black. 5.5" tall. Light grime in the coat texture and on the undersides of the feet; label edges a little worn.

For the terrier people, and anyone who grew up with one. #followthefeeling @tallmadge_ave_vintage

Each piece is vintage or antique and has lived a life before finding its way to Tallmadge Ave; natural signs of age, wear, patina, and imperfections are part of its character and are to be expected. All pieces are sold as-is, and any notable condition issues are described in the product listing. That said, if it arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll refund you in full, including shipping — since each piece is one of a kind, we can't simply send a replacement. Otherwise, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Questions any time at christine@tallmadgeave.com — we're a two-person shop, and we answer.
