Before you order
The things you actually need to know when you're buying for someone else.
When it will get there
We pack and ship within 2–3 business days, UPS Ground. Most of the East Coast has it 2–3 days after that; the West Coast, up to five. To have it under a tree on December 25, order by December 14.
What shipping costs
Free over $75. Under that, UPS Ground is calculated at checkout by weight and distance — a small brass bowl going to Philadelphia isn't the same as a framed painting going to Portland.
Sending it straight to them
Enter their address at checkout and it goes directly. No price on the packing slip, ever.
A note in the box
Leave your message in the order notes at checkout and we write it out by hand on a card. However long you want it.
How it's packed
Paper, ribbon, the whole thing — it arrives ready to hand over. Everything here is old, so everything here is packed like it's old.
If you've missed the date
A gift card lands in their inbox the moment you buy it, any hour of any day. It's the one thing here that doesn't need a truck.
If it's not right
Fourteen days from delivery to send it back in the condition it left, return shipping on you. Anything ordered between November 1 and December 24 can go back through January 15, because gifts get opened late. If it arrives damaged or isn't what we described, that one's ours — we cover it both ways.
