Cast Iron Prancing Horse Still Bank, Gold Paint, 4"

A horse caught mid-step, one front leg lifted, neck arched, tail swinging. Cast iron, heavy in the hand, with old gold paint worn down to dark metal on the high spots, the way it gets after decades of being picked up.

This one has been saving for something before. Maybe a first pony. Maybe a summer at camp. Maybe nothing in particular, just the coins from a grandfather's pocket every Sunday.

It doesn't just sit on a shelf. It makes you want to drop a quarter in.

Prancing Horse Still Bank, cast iron with gold paint. Two cast halves joined by a screw through the side, with a coin slot along the back. 4" tall. Paint loss and wear throughout, consistent with age.

For the desk of someone who grew up around horses. #followthefeeling @tallmadge_ave_vintage

Each piece is vintage or antique and has lived a life before finding its way to Tallmadge Ave; natural signs of age, wear, patina, and imperfections are part of its character and are to be expected. All pieces are sold as-is, and any notable condition issues are described in the product listing. That said, if it arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll refund you in full, including shipping — since each piece is one of a kind, we can't simply send a replacement.
