Closing Gifts for Real Estate Agents

Your buyers get something old and good for the new house. You get a closing gift nobody else on the street is giving. We're a small vintage art and furnishings shop in Bryn Mawr, and we find, wrap and ship each one.

How it works

  1. Tell us your budget and a little about the buyers: the house, the town, a dog, a hobby.
  2. We pick a piece from our stock and send you a photo. Say yes, or ask for another.
  3. We wrap it in paper and ribbon with a handwritten card in your name, not ours. Then we ship it to your client or to you, or bring it by if you're on the Main Line.

Three price points

  • Keepsake, about $75. A brass piece, a small framed print, a good serving dish.
  • Housewarming, about $150. A framed print, a pair of barware, a piece of porcelain.
  • Heirloom, about $275. An original painting or a standout piece for the mantel.

Every piece is one of a kind, so prices vary a little. You'll see the exact price with the photo, before you approve.

Questions agents ask

Is there a minimum?
No. Start with one closing.

Does our logo go on it?
No. The card carries your name. The piece stays a gift.

Do you deliver locally?
Yes. On the Main Line we can bring the gift to the closing or to the new house.

How do I pay?
Pay for each gift when you approve it, or ask us to invoice you.

How much lead time do you need?
We ship in 3 to 5 business days, and transit takes 3 to 7. Give us two to three weeks before the closing. Local deliveries can move faster.

What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every U.S. order.

Holidays?
For Christmas delivery, order by December 7.
